PriveGen is the most private AI generation service available. We operate under the laws of Wyoming and have designed our platform from the ground up to protect your privacy and ensure complete anonymity when desired. Your creative freedom should never come at the cost of your privacy.

2.1 Temporary Storage (Default)

By default, we only keep your generated content for 30 minutes on our servers. This brief retention period exists solely for your convenience, allowing you time to download your creations if you're unable to do so immediately.

2.2 Extended Storage (Optional)

We offer optional extended storage for users who prefer longer retention periods. This feature is completely optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time through your account settings.

2.3 Content Privacy Guarantee

We will never share your creations publicly. Your generated content remains private to your account and is never displayed, shared, or made available to other users or third parties under any circumstances.

3.1 Email-Associated Accounts

For convenience, we allow accounts to have an associated email address. If you choose this option:

• Your email is used only for account recovery and essential communications
• We do not send marketing emails or newsletters
• Your email is stored securely and never shared with third parties

3.2 Anonymous Accounts (Email-Free)

We also offer accounts without any email association for maximum privacy:

• Account access is based solely on your username and password
• Password recovery is not possible without an email
• Losing your password means losing account access permanently
• Perfect for users prioritizing complete anonymity

4.1 Standard Payments (Stripe)

We accept standard fiat currency payments through Stripe. Stripe processes payment information according to their privacy policy, and we do not store your payment details on our servers.

4.2 Anonymous Payments (Monero)

For complete anonymity, we accept Monero cryptocurrency payments:

• Monero transactions are private and untraceable
• We do not link payment information to your account identity
• Combined with an email-free account, this enables fully anonymous usage

5. Access from Anywhere

Since we don't track IPs or device data, you can access your account from anywhere in the world. As long as you know your username and password, your account is accessible regardless of your location or device.
